Have a question that needs a closer look?
Tell us what you’re trying to understand, verify, or decide.
You do not need to know what kind of research you need before reaching out. A clear question helps, but sometimes the first step is simply explaining the situation and what does not yet make sense.
We’ll review your request, consider what can reasonably be researched, and let you know what an appropriate scope would involve.
Research projects start at $125, and you’ll receive a fixed project quote before any work begins.
What happens next
Once we receive your request, Infosourceful will review the question, intended use, timing, available information, and likely research needs.
If the project looks like a good fit, we may ask a few follow-up questions before proposing a written scope.
The scope will explain:
- what we would research
- what we would try to establish
- important boundaries or exclusions
- the expected deliverable
- the expected turnaround
- the fixed project price
There is no obligation to proceed until you have reviewed and approved the scope.
Confidentiality
Nonpublic client information and project details are treated as confidential.
For this initial request, please do not include passwords, account credentials, Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account information, or other highly sensitive material.
If supporting documents or confidential materials would help with the research, we’ll provide an appropriate way to share them after reviewing your request.
NDAs are available when appropriate.
Tell us what you’re trying to determine
Use the form below to send us the question and enough context to understand what you are trying to accomplish.
You do not need to have the entire problem mapped out. If the situation is complicated, tell us what you know, what seems unclear, and what you are hoping the research will help establish.
One quick note before you go: sending a request doesn’t commit you to anything, and it doesn’t automatically create a client relationship. We’ll review the question and make sure it’s a good fit for Infosourceful before moving forward. You can read more about our Research Scope Boundary and Research Policies.
